Q: What does it mean to RENEW a pass?
Answer: You can use your same RFID physical pass you have used in the past for the 2014-2015 season. You just need to purchase the new pass type online and your pass will automatically be updated to reflect your new purchase. Then head direct-to-lift when the season starts! No more waiting in pass pickup lines or for it to be mailed.

Q: How do I renew my pass?
Answer: If you have an RFID season or PNW Advantage pass from the 08-09 season or after, you simply purchase your RENEWED pass type online and we will automatically update last year's physical pass with this season's purchased pass type and you can go direct-to-lift on your first visit! If you have not had an RFID Season or PNW Advantage pass you will need to purchase under our NEW pass holder rates program. If you have not been a season or PNW Advantage pass holder since we installed our RFID system you will need to purchase new under our NEW pass holder rates program.

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my pass?
Answer: Yes you can. It's simple, just choose the pass product of your choice, even if it is different from what you had last season. Your physical pass will automatically be updated with the new pass product.

Q: What if I lost my RFID pass?
Answer: Not to worry, you can still renew your pass online and choose the "reprint my pass" option or call Guest Relations after you order at 206-812-4510 ext. 4351 to get a replacement for $10 + tax.

Q: Can I buy a pass for a friend/grandchild etc.?
Answer: If you are considering purchasing a pass for a friend, or someone other than an immediate family member, please call our Guest Relations office so that we can ensure you get the best rate, 206-812-4510 ext. 4351.

Q: Can I change my photo?
Answer: Photos no longer print on passes, however a photo is required in your profile. You can update your profile online and upload a new photo. Frontal view of face, no hats or sunglasses.

Q: Does my pass get me discounts at other mountains or any other discounts?
Answer: Your pass gives you access to our Mountain Size Benefits program - visit the Season Pass Holder Benefits page for more information and savings. If you are an Everyday pass holder, you are eligible for Powder Alliance benefits - more information on the Powder Alliance can be found on the Powder Alliance website

Q: What happens if I purchase multiple RFID reload tickets for one person?
Answer: If purchasing multiple ticket reloads, for the same person, please be advised that the gates will use tickets sequentially in the order they were purchased. So, it is up to you to know what ticket will be used and what session time the ticket is valid for.

Q: If I don't use my RFID reload ticket by the end of the season, does it carry over?
Answer: All unused ticket reloads expire at the end of the season and are non refundable.
