Q: When our group arrives at Stevens Pass, where should we meet our group coordinator?
Q: Do we have to pay for our visit before we arrive?

Q: We need a bus to and from Stevens Pass. Will our coordinator be able to arrange transportation for our group?

Q: When our group arrives at Stevens Pass, where should we meet our group coordinator?
Answer: Upon arrival, your group leader will meet their coordinator at the pre-designated location or at the Group Sales office, located on the first floor of the Pacific Crest Lodge. An alternate meeting area can be arranged with your coordinator. At this time, tickets will be distributed and group members will be escorted to their next destination.

Q: Do we have to pay for our visit before we arrive?
Answer: Payment should be made on the day of the event unless you have set up direct billing in advance of your visit (for large groups 50+). In addition, we accept one payment for the whole group from the following forms of payment: Cash, Check or Credit Card. We are unable to accept individual payments.

Q: How far in advance should we make reservations?
Answer: We recommend that you contact us as soon as you know you are visiting. Here are some timeline suggestionsfor reservations:

  • Lift Tickets: 2 Days
  • Rental Equipment: 7 Days
  • Lessons: 7 Days
  • Catering: 1 Month
  • Room Reservation: 1 Month

Q: Is there a form we need complete in order to reserve rental equipment?
Answer: Yes. The rental reservation form must be completely filled out and returned to your coordinator seven days in advance of your event. The completion of this form will accelerate the rental process by allowing our Rental Reservation department to set up ski and snowboard equipment prior to the arrival of your group.

Q: We have individuals in our group enrolled in the Coca Cola Easy Starter Pack at 10 AM - what time should we arrive?
Answer: Please arrive at least 1½ hours prior to the start of any lessons. This will ensure plenty time to get dressed, walk from the parking lots, distribute lift tickets, get rental equipment, and head out to the lesson. Better to have time to grab another coffee than be rushing to lessons.

Q: I’m interested in reserving a room for our group to store their gear throughout the day and enjoy lunch. Does Stevens Pass have anything available?
Answer: Stevens Pass offers a selection of room sizes and locations to meet your group needs. We also have a range of catering selections available. Contact a group coordinator to hear more about our room and catering options.

Q: Do you have lockers that we can put our stuff in?

Answer: Yes we have lockers in the Tye Creek Lodge next to rentals and the Pacific Crest Lodge for you to stash your gear.  You can pay with a credit card or cash for the whole day. 

Q: We need a bus to and from Stevens Pass. Will our coordinator be able to arrange transportation for our group?
Answer: Upon request, your coordinator will help book transportation for your group with one of the transportation companies we work with. Buses are available in a variety of sizes and include on-board entertainment.
